A habit tracker is a great way to stay organized and to help you stay on track in your daily routines. You can use a habit tracker to record your goals and have a visual aid in the areas that you need to focus on. You can personalize your habit tracker any way you would like. You can have daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly habits that you would like to track. I, for the most part, stick to a daily routine. For example, I try to was a load of clothes every day. However, when it comes to the gym I limit my goal to going four days a week and simply place an x on the days I know I will not go. Like Friday, Saturday, and Sunday these days I reserve for day trips. Once you begin keeping track of your habits you will get a general idea of what is realistic and what is not.
