How to Track your Daily Goals

A habit tracker is a great way to stay organized and to help you stay on track in your daily routines. You can use a habit tracker to record your goals and have a visual aid in the areas that you need to focus on. You can personalize your habit tracker any way you would like. You can have daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly habits that you would like to track.

I, for the most part, stick to a daily routine. For example, I try to was a load of clothes every day. However, when it comes to the gym I limit my goal to going four days a week and simply place an x on the days I know I will not go. Like Friday, Saturday, and Sunday these days I reserve for day trips.

Once you begin keeping track of your habits you will get a general idea of what is realistic and what is not. Like I mentioned it isn't realistic for me to go to the gym every day, so I modify my tracker. Try completing the routine you set for yourself in two weeks. If you see that you have white spaces in your habit tracker DO NOT WORRY! Just take time to breathe and to create realistic goals for yourself. At the end of the month when it is time to create a new habit tracker you will have a better idea of what works for you.
Don't know where to start?
No worries! You can print out a free habit tracker to help you get started.
